  • ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is great sleep app. I'm diagnosed with insomnia. This app helps me have the ability to go to bed and stay asleep. As you get Dream miles and pictures of the things Kado does. You also can go on a journey with him at the start. You take a picture and it's added to your journey. The lanterns are great for being able to write down your worries and letting them float away. I have no complaints the music is soothing as well as the graphics being amazing.

  • ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Subtlety Soothing I never thought playing a game can be calming? Usually everything's super overstimulating to release dopamines but Pocket Kado is aimed to do the opposite. I really enjoyed the gamification of gratitude journaling and sleep guidance. It really helps give purpose to a routine that can get mundane when working on it alone and with Kado it can feel less lonely. Overall highly recommend, and of course very kid friendly too and an easy way to put your kids to sleep.

  • ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This adorable app has been an excellent way to help me get into the healthier life habits that I wasn't able to in the past. The exploration mini-game serves as a simple reminder and motivator to get me to take the daily walks that I always needed. It adds that little extra bit of gratification and interactivity to quell the mental excuses in my mind to get me to simply go outside and enjoy the environment more. Genuinely surprised by how effective that is at improving my daily mood in general.
